The interface is extremely simple.
Use the controls on the top part of the App screen to set the pose of your camera. Press and hold on any of the keypose buttons to record that pose. Use the same button to recall that pose. It’s that simple. Press 2 keyposes to put the system in loop between both keyposes.
You can adjust the speed and acceleration of the transition between keyposes. Or, you can easily create time-lapse videos by using the same keyposes.

I used it for motion timelapse. The function is really good.
Very compact for the amount of travel it gives. And very well machined. A tiny QC issue with a burr left on the slider lock that scraped, but easy to fix with sandpaper. If you want a slider that can fit in a small tripod bag yet want large travel, go with the long. If you want something that can fit in a backpack, go with the compact. I've found it works best with solo style legs that can be spread out wide.
The screw-on stabilizer feet are just something else to worry about. Make the damn things less of a hassle and less of a snag hazard.
