  • How can I track my order? Can you provide me any tracking number for my order? Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automatic message with your tracking number via which you can trace your order.
  • What’s the lens gear for the edelkrone Follow Focuses? Do I need different lens gears for different lens sizes? Can the Follow Focuses work without a lens gear? The edelkrone lens gears are 0.8 pitch gears, and are adaptable to all universal lenses. You must fit them around your lenses in order to be able to use edelkrone Follow focuses; otherwise, you will not be able to operate with our Follow Focuses. Moreover, the Follow Focuses will not work unless your lens has a 0.8 gear pitch. edelkrone lens gears are ‘’one-size fits all’’; however, you need to purchase one lens gear for your each individual lens regardless of the lens size.
  • Can I use the FocusOne PRO with a matte-box? Can the FocusOne PRO be switched from both sides? The FocusOne PRO can be used with a matte box on the condition that the FocusOne PRO is adjusted from the right; however, in this mounting, you must take into consideration that the white marker will not be seen. We kindly suggest the Focus PLUS for matte-box usage. The FocusOne PRO can be adjusted from both sides; however, you must take into consideration that the white marker will not be seen.
  • My EVF holder is in this/that size. Is it compatible with your EVF Holder? The edelkrone Monitor/EVF holder is compatible with all universal monitors regardless of size and shape.
  • Is the Blackmagic Camera compatible with your Modula systems and/or your hand strap? The Blackmagic Camera is compatible with our Modula systems and Hand Strap.
  • Can your rods be directly mounted to the tripod/ Can your rods be mounted directly to the DSLRs? You must have a camera plate placed under your DSLR in order to mount the rods on the tripod.
  • Are your Follow Focuses compatible with 19 mm rods? The Follow Focuses (both the FocusOne PRO and Focus PLUS) are only compatible with 15 mm rods.

  • Can I use rods and Follow Focus with Modula 3? The Modula 3 is primarily aimed to create camcorder experience; however, still if wanted rods and Follow Focus can be mounted on it. But, we do not recommend such a setup due to excessive front weight.
  • Can I use counterbalance weight with Modula 3? Counterbalance weights are only operational for larger setups such as Modula 9+ and Modula Balance XL with double shoulder pad. As for Modula 3, counterbalance weights are not operational and therefore useless.

  • Is the accessory connector mounted only from one angle and can it be mounted beneath the Pocket Rig? What is the screw size on the accessory connector? The accessory connector can be mounted from many different angles and it can be mounted underneath the Pocket Rig. The screw size of the accessory connector is 1/4 inch.
  • If I want to buy rods for the Modula Rig, should I buy some additional parts to install the rods between the Modula Rig and my tripod? Both our Modula Rigs and our rods have 1/4 and 3/8 mounting holes underneath. You can mount the rods underneath your Modula Rig directly, and you can mount it on your tripod. No additional parts needed.
